If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the product and get a full refund. You can exchange or return a product for up to 7 days from the date you received the order.
Beyond the 7 days from receipt of the order at your end, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, ‘your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it’ & ‘It must be in the original packaging’. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards
We will issue you a refund link within the next 5 business days from your return request. You will receive an email/sms with the refund link, where you can enter your bank account details and receive the refund immediately.
We will also arrange for the pickup.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded neither can they be exchanged for another item.
We only replace items if you have ordered a wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at custcare@soultrenz.com
If the item was marked as a gift or is given under any promotional offer free of cost, there will not be any size changes or item exchange.
